Then brown the meat on all sides, pour in the blended spice paste, stock and add lemon zest. Cover the lid and cook for 30 minutes on high pressure.

Notes
Stovetop cooking time may vary, about 2 hours. I've tried it in the Dutch oven and it comes out wonderfully. Adjust the liquid if cooking on the stovetop as well. You may need at least another cup of broth. If too soupy, simmer down until thickened to your liking.
